SUSPENDE SECRETARÍA DE EDUCACIÓN GUERRERO LABORES ESTE LUNES 18 DE JUNIO EN LAS REGIONES ACAPULCO, COSTA CHICA, COSTA GRANDE Y LA MONTAÑA
- En una medida preventiva ante los probables efectos del huracán Carlota durante su paso por territorio guerrerense
La Secretaría de Educación Guerrero informa a maestros, alumnos y padres de familia, que en el marco de la Sesión Permanente del Consejo Estatal de Protección Civil que preside el gobernador Ángel Aguirre Rivero, se acordó la suspensión de labores el próximo lunes 18 de junio en todos los planteles educativos de los diferentes niveles escolares, en las regiones de Acapulco, Costa Chica, Costa Grande y la Montaña, para prevenir contingencias ante los probables efectos del huracán Carlota durante su paso por territorio guerrerense.
Durante la sesión celebrada en Casa Guerrero, en la que estuvo presente la secretaria de Educación Guerrero, Silvia Romero Suárez, y los subsecretarios de Educación, se informó que durante el día de ayer el huracán se encontraba cerca de las Costas de Oaxaca en categoría 2, por lo que se tuvo a bien acordar diferentes acciones preventivas con el fin de evitar daños ante los posibles efectos del huracán en nuestro estado.
Por lo anterior, la titular de la SEG, Silvia Romero, dijo que "durante los próximos días se estará al tanto de cualquier cambio o toma de decisiones que se realicen de acuerdo a la evolución del Huracán para poder informar oportunamente al sector educativo y con ello prevenir mayores afectaciones, así como también evitar que los alumnos y personal que labora en las escuelas esté expuesto a sufrir algún percance".
Por último hizo un llamado a la ciudadanía en general para mantenerse alerta y atienda las recomendaciones oportunas que las autoridades de Protección Civil y Servicios de Emergencia realicen a través de los diferentes medios de comunicación.
